At Vibe City, customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to request a return, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.
All return requests must be made according to the following procedure:
1. Contact customer service.
The customer must send their return request by email to the following address: contact@vibecity.fr
2. Wait for Customer Service Validation
Before returning any item, the customer must wait for confirmation and instructions from Vibe City customer service. No return will be processed without prior validation.
3. Return the product to the following address.
Once the request has been accepted, the product must be returned to the following address:

Returned products must be sent back in a condition that allows them to be resold, accompanied if possible by their original packaging, complete, unused and undamaged.
For reasons of hygiene, safety and consumer protection, certain products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, unsealed or consumed, including food products, supplements, cosmetics, e-liquids and other consumable products.
Upon receiving the return, Vibe City will inspect the product. If the return conditions are met, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the return has been validated.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an order preparation error or a non-compliant product received.
Vibe City reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the indicated procedure, any product returned incomplete, damaged, used or unsuitable for resale.
