These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on the website www.vibecity.fr by any consumer customer acting in a non-professional capacity.
2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by Vibe City on its website.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Vibe City will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer will then be refunded the amount corresponding to the unavailable product or, if applicable, the entire order if it cannot be fulfilled. The business must inform the consumer of the unavailability and refund any sums paid within thirty days when the order cannot be fulfilled.

Vibe City cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier, an error by the customer in the delivery information provided, a case of force majeure or any external event reasonably independent of its will.
11. Order Receipt
The customer is required to check the apparent condition of the package and products upon delivery.
In the event of any anomaly observed, including damaged package, missing product, deteriorated or non-conforming product, the customer is invited to immediately issue any necessary reservations with the carrier and to contact Vibe City as soon as possible in order to allow the processing of their request.
12. Responsibility related to local legislation
Regulations applicable to products containing CBD may vary from country to country.
The customer is solely responsible for verifying, before placing any order, that the products ordered are permitted in their country of residence, import, or destination. Vibe City cannot be held liable in the event of refusal of entry, customs blockage, seizure, destruction, or administrative restriction related to the applicable local legislation in the destination country.
13. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision in writing to the following address: contact@vibecity.fr or to the postal address of Vibe City's head office, by means of any unambiguous statement expressing their wish to withdraw.
The customer then returns the products in question, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of communicating their decision to withdraw.
When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Vibe City will reimburse all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the decision to withdraw. Additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered will not be reimbursed.
Vibe City may defer reimbursement until the goods are recovered or until proof of shipment is received from the customer, whichever occurs first.
The direct costs of return shipping remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or the error is attributable to Vibe City.
14. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
